Assembly solutions tailored to your production need
The main product in our production automation offer is the flexible Cencorp 1600 FA robot cell. This heavy-duty production platform can easily be configured for a wide range of light assembly and part handling applications.
In addition to this, Cencorp also offers engineering services to support customers from a product idea to mass production. Our consulting services include e.g. Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), production line concept design, Design for Automation Service (DFA) and process capability studies – to support our customers´ R&D in their next generation product creation and process optimization.
1000 FA
The Cencorp 1000 FA platform can be used for a multitude of different applications starting from simple pick-and-place or pick-and-pack tasks to combinations of through-hole component placement combined with screw driving both from the top or bottom side of the product. Component placement in combination with dispensing is also possible. The machine builds on the foundation of the 1000OF EVO2 machine that due to its modular design can be delivered both with a single or a dual head placement robot, with and without a clinching robot.
1600 FA
The Cencorp 1600 FA cell is an open production platform with standard operating software and graphical user interface. This flexible platform can easily be configured for a wide range of light assembly and part handling applications in both high volume – low mix and in low volume–high mix environments. Equipped with state-of-the-art industrial robots, the 1600 FA meets the most demanding requirements for speed and accuracy.
Dial Table FA-CELL
Automating high volume final assembly is quite often a challenging task that requires expertise from a wide range of complex processes. The Cencorp Dial-table FA-cell is designed to fulfill the toughest requirements with full process control and real time traceability connection to your MES system.
